As a very passionate Real Estate Broker, I have made the real estate industry and property investment my life's focus. Since 2004, I personally helped 100's of clients buy and/or sell properties. By buying my first investment property at the age of 21 and growing my portfolio over the next 20 years, I have tremendous hands-on experiance with income properties and property management to assist clients in making the perfect real estate decision. Then in 2023 I've decided to open my very own boutique real estate brokerage, focusing on customer service and priding myself on actually answering phone calls.

As a Master CERTIFED Negotiation Expert, MCNE®, I understand not only that buying and selling real estate is the single largest financial decision an individual will make, but that there are other aspects beyond just the look and feel of the property, that can put a client years ahead financially.
Understanding that real estate is one of the best self-made retirement plans, I obtained the SRES® designation - Senior Real Estate Specialist. It allows me to use my patient nature to work with downsizers, empty nesters, as well as anyone who wants real estate to be a part of their retirement.
