Calling all seniors in Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton!
In celebration of Seniors Month in Ontario, you’re invited to participate in a Virtual Bingo event on June 24.
June in Ontario marks an important occasion where we’re invited to salute and appreciate the many wonderful contributions seniors and older adults have made and continue to make in communities across the province. Seniors Month is also a time to generate awareness of the many health and social issues that seniors face.
Given the theme for this year’s Seniors Month is “Stay Safe, Active and Connected”, what better way to recognize this occasion than with a safe and fun activity to help minimize the social isolation many seniors have been facing due to the pandemic?
I invite you to come and join us on Thursday June 24 at 10:30am or 2:30pm for Virtual Bingo — a fantastic opportunity to connect with other senior members of the community for some fun, friendly competition and a chance to win some exciting prizes! Please feel free to share this invitation with a friend or loved one.
EVENT DETAILS
When: Thursday, June 24
Time: 10:30am or 2:30pm (4-5 games per session)
Cost: Free to seniors in Oakville, Burlington & Hamilton
*** Please note that the event will be on a Zoom platform.
*** Participants will need access to a printer. Bingo cards will be emailed to players prior to the event.
On June 21 you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom meeting as well as a link to download your Bingo cards
Register below for either the 10:30 a.m. OR 2:30 p.m. Virtual Bingo. Please register by June 20/21.
The number of attendees per session will be capped at 100 individuals. Register soon to avoid disappointment!
